Future-Proof Your Dietetics Career — Stacey Williamson

You chose dietetics to do meaningful work, but nobody mentioned it didn't come with a livable wage, respect from the broader healthcare team, institutional support, or...
...you get the point.

You have the credential. You put in the hours. And somehow you're still making $55K in a job that drains you, applying to positions that never respond, and falling back on clinical work you said you were done with.

Your resume reads "clinical RD" even though that's the last thing you want. You don't know what job titles to search for outside your lane. You've been on LinkedIn for months and you're still where you started.

"I'm in this weird funk where I don't know where to go from here. I apply to different jobs and I don't hear anything back or I get automatically rejected. I feel like I have the experience. I don't know why I'm not getting picked."

RD, one year into their search

Or you've been trying to build something of your own — a practice, a program, a platform — and you have real expertise and real ideas, but you're spread across three platforms, six offers, and a to-do list that's been the same length for two years. Nothing compounds.

"Every day I'm like, what am I doing with my life? Why am I doing this? I should have just become a PA."

RD, 18 months into a stalled search

Neither of these is a personal failure. The profession was built with narrow pathways, suppressed wages, and a credentialing system that extracts commitment and returns clinical silos. That's the structural reality. But the exits exist — they're just not obvious from inside, and the generic advice available to you wasn't built for your specific path. That's the problem this offer solves.

You've done all the things — updated the resume, applied to everything, networked on LinkedIn — and you're still where you started
You're afraid someone will tell you to get another degree. You're also afraid they won't and you still won't know what to do
You have more experience than your resume shows — but you don't know how to position it for a different audience
Your career has a thread running through it that you can feel but have never been able to name
Or your business has real potential but no clear first domino — the one move that, when you make it, creates conditions for everything else

I didn't come up through dietetics.
I reverse-engineered my way in.

My background is aerospace and systems engineering. I came to dietetics from the outside — which means I never absorbed the assumption that a clinical silo was the only path, and I never stopped asking why the credential structure works the way it does, who it was built to serve, and what the actual leverage points are for getting out of it.

That structural lens is exactly what I bring to every session. I'm not a career coach who worked in HR and learned the dietetics vocabulary. I'm a systems engineer turned public health researcher at Johns Hopkins — someone who mapped this profession from the outside, found the exits, and built a repeatable process for helping RDs find theirs. Faster than they would on their own, and without the "maybe try another certification" advice that wastes another year.

I also believe, foundationally, that access to food and nutrition is a human right. And I know that dietitians cannot fight for that from inside a hole they can't get out of. You being stuck is not a personal failure — it is a structural one. But the way out is specific and it is actionable, and that is what this offer exists to give you.

Every session I book is one more dietitian operating at full capacity instead of absorbing the cost of a system that was never designed to support them.

One hour. Your specific situation.
Everything you need to act on it.

Before you say a word, your intake form has been read, your LinkedIn has been reviewed, and the session is already in motion. You don't spend the hour explaining yourself. You spend it getting clarity you didn't have before you walked in. Deliverables arrive within 72 hours — specific to your background, your geography, your constraints.

When you walk in

  • Applying for months with no traction
  • Resume reads "clinical RD" — working against you
  • Searching with the wrong job titles
  • Afraid you'll be told to get another degree
  • Career has a thread you can feel but can't name
  • Business has ideas but no clear sequence
  • Feeling defeated, directionless, too close to it

When you leave

  • You know exactly what roles to target and where
  • Resume repositioned for where you're going
  • Boolean search string ready to paste
  • Confirmed: no more degrees required
  • Through line named — you describe yourself confidently
  • First domino identified — one move unlocks the rest
  • Energized, specific, ready — the opposite of before

The consistent arc, in their words.

Every client. No exceptions. Every single one left with a specific plan they did not walk in with.

"I felt relieved and hopeful and energized — the opposite of how I felt going in."
RD, hospitality sector transition
"To have this much clarity in less than an hour — it's a first. In all the career conversations I've had over 20 years in this profession, it's a first."
RD, 20 years in the field
"I feel like I can do this. I can get a new job, get paid what I'm worth, and not be afraid."
RD, one year into a stalled job search
"This makes those of us who've been fighting it for a long time feel seen and heard."
RD, mid-career pivot
"The strategy is starting to feel real."
RD, after receiving their action plan
"I left with far more clarity on opportunities and possibilities than I've had in a very long time."
RD, practice builder

A 1:1 strategy session.
Plus everything you need to move.

Both tracks use the same model: deep prep before we meet, one private hour, a complete written deliverable set within 72 hours. The difference is what we're building toward.

A resume rewrite from a specialist runs $600–1,200. A LinkedIn overhaul another $500–800. A strategy session with an industry-specific consultant $300–500 or more — and that's before anyone has actually built you a target company list, written your outreach templates, or handed you a week-by-week action plan. Both tracks include all of it, done together, for a fraction of what the pieces would cost separately.

I take on 8 clients per quarter across both tracks — enough to give each one real depth, not so many that any session feels rushed. When those spots are gone, they're gone until the following quarter.

W-2 Track

Get out of the clinical box and into a role that actually pays you.

For RDs done with clinical — or one-on-one care — who want a real pathway to a better-paying W-2 role outside of it.

  • Intake form and LinkedIn review before the session
  • 60-minute private strategy session with through line identification
  • Career positioning statement — one sentence that anchors everything
  • Full list of job titles to target outside clinical (the ones you didn't know existed)
  • Copy-paste Boolean search string — paste it in, right roles surface
  • Curated target company list with individual write-ups
  • Cold outreach template and informational interview request template
  • Salary range guidance by role and pathway
  • Week-by-week action plan — "I don't know where to start" becomes "I'm on week two"
  • Full resume rewrite: repositioned for your target lane, ATS-compatible, track changes
  • Full LinkedIn overhaul: headline, About section, verified Open to Work titles
  • Final review pass after your edits
Business Track

Build something of your own — with a clear sequence, not just more ideas.

For RDs building a private practice, coaching business, or group program — with real potential but no clear first domino.

  • Intake form, website, and social media review before the session
  • 60-minute private strategy session with first domino identification and revenue pyramid mapping
  • Your framework identified and named — the method already living in your head
  • Ideal client avatar — specific enough that your content feels personal
  • Marketing channel clarity — where to show up and what to stop
  • Full written strategic plan with phased, sequenced action schedule
  • Content pillar framework — you stop staring at a blank screen
  • LinkedIn and Instagram intro post, drafted in your voice, ready to publish
  • Group program build-out (if applicable): validate, pre-sell, delivery structure
  • Full email launch sequence — six emails, written and sequenced, tease to close
  • Or referral partner outreach strategy for practice builders
  • Readiness checklist and phased schedule — what to do in what order and when

This is for you if—

Both tracks are built for dietetics professionals and students — RDs, DTRs/NDTRs, interns, and students — who are ready to act on what they receive.

You work in dietetics — as an RD, DTR/NDTR, intern, or student — and you have a real body of work, training, or clinical experience behind you
You are done with clinical, one-on-one care, or the role you're currently in
You've been applying without traction — or building without momentum
Your experience is bigger than what your current positioning shows
You want a specific plan with a sequence, not more general advice
You are ready to do the work — update the resume, send the outreach, post the content
W-2 track: looking for a better-paying role, not starting over from scratch
Business track: building something real, not just exploring the idea

This is not for you if—

You're not yet ready to act on what you receive, or you're looking for a community, a group program, or ongoing coaching. This is a single intensive engagement — one session, one complete deliverable set, one clear path forward. Everything you do with it is on you.

Every month you stay stuck
is another month the life you want stays out of reach.

Not in some abstract future sense. Right now. The underpaid W-2 role, the business with no clear first move, the expertise that isn't translating into the income or the freedom or the options you built all of this to have — that gap is costing you something real every single month you don't close it.

This session doesn't promise you the life. It gives you the specific, sequenced plan to start building toward it — which is the only thing actually standing between where you are and where you're trying to go.

You don't need more time to think about it. You need a plan.

8 spots per quarter across both tracks. When they're gone, the next opening is the following quarter.

Questions

How do I know which track is right for me?

W-2 track: you want a better-paying job with an employer — outside clinical, in a different setting, doing different work. Business track: you are building (or want to build) something you own — private practice, group program, coaching offer, content brand. If you're not sure, email before you book.

What does the process actually look like?

When you click to book, you'll land on a booking page with an intake form — complete that first, then select your session time. I review your intake and your LinkedIn (and website/social for the Business track) before we meet, so the hour starts in motion the moment it begins. Deliverables are sent within 72 hours of the session.

I've tried career coaches and resume writers before. Why is this different?

This isn't career coaching. Career coaching helps you execute a move you've already decided to make. What happens in this session is upstream of that — you leave knowing what moves actually exist, why your background positions you for them, and exactly which one is yours. Most dietetics professionals in this session have never had that mapped for them. That's not something a career coach can give you, because they don't have the map. The map exists because I built it from the outside — I came to dietetics from systems and aerospace engineering and public health research at Johns Hopkins, which means I never absorbed the assumption that clinical was the default. I've spent years analyzing where the profession undersells itself, mislabels its own value, and leaves people to absorb the cost of a structural failure that was never theirs to carry. That analysis is what you're getting access to. Not a better resume template.

Do I need to have my resume ready before the session?

If you have one, send it with your intake form. If you don't, that's fine — the session works either way. The full resume rewrite is a deliverable, not a prerequisite.

What if I have a non-linear career history?

Non-linear is exactly where this offer is most useful. The through line identification — the connective tissue that makes a scattered-looking career suddenly have a shape — is consistently what clients describe as the turning point in the session.

I'm not an RD — I'm a DTR, intern, or student. Is this still for me?

Yes. Both tracks are open to anyone working in or training in dietetics — RDs, DTRs/NDTRs, interns, and students. Where you are in the credentialing process is part of what we work with, not a barrier to entry. The profession's pathway questions — what different credentials signal, how they're perceived outside clinical settings, what's actually worth pursuing — get addressed directly regardless of where you are right now.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds. This isn't a course you can sample and return — it's a fully custom engagement. Your intake is reviewed, your LinkedIn is audited, and the work is already in motion before we meet. Every deliverable is built entirely around your specific situation. There's nothing generic here to return. Book when you're ready to act on what you receive.

You built the credential.
Now build the career.

One session. One track. A complete, specific plan — delivered within 72 hours of the hour you spend with me.
